Using Self Built RefindPlus with MyBootMgr

I'd like to use the copy of RefindPlus that I just built, in place of the default one that I assume MyBootMgr would normally install.

How do I do this?

Just run MyBootMgr as normal and then swap the Bootx64 files with yours before deploying
