HTML files on XProc output ports should be given an "html" file extension #72

F2F discussion: This is probably better handled at the XProc level. HTML reports can be serialized within XProc to an output path given as an option. |

I've seen several people downloading the report zip, then renaming the report xml to html before opening it in a browser.
p:output
XProc element...then change the file extension to ".html" instead of ".xml" for those documents.
