Theme selector missing GUI Elements #2129

The Selector GUI widget cannot be themed using *.theme.txt files which impacts bits like this:

It would also help making a unified theme if the following could be added:

Either the theme file could override the default colours.ini or the colour elements for that could be merged into *.theme.txt
The ability to replace the tiling "background/crosses.png" in the *.theme.txt file
