Helm/Weapons/Tactical/Single Pilot share a lot of UI elements, but aren't consistent in where the same control appears on screen.
For example, the "Impulse+Warp+Jump+Request Dock" block appears in 3 different places on the screen:
And within that "block", those controls appear in different spaces relative to each other:
Making the layout more consistent would make it easier when flipping between different stations.

Your examples were made in a very wide aspect ratio, while EEs base ratio is 4:3. I think a comparison would be easier if you use that aspect ratio.
That, and this adds different inconsistencies. Also, space on the right side is reserved of scenario custom info/buttons
