Add methods to rename collection

I can only find methods for getCollectionName and getCollectionSUID. It would be helpful to have function to setCollectionName as well.

Good one. I don't see this method in the CyREST nor Commands API. It will need to be added there before it can be added to RCy3.

Glad to hear it isn't just me. I couldn't figure out how to do it using Cyrest either. I just posted to cytoscape-helpdesk because there is a collections group but I think it means something else.
