I am able to send WOL to the Host PC in the Wifi but I want to send it over a LAN cable directly attached between 2 PC's. In this case, I am unable to send WOL to the Host. It still tries to send through the Wireless LAN. If there is a way, I can manually tell which NIC to choose.

Currently, no. But seems that it can be done, are you still interested on such feature?

It would be great, I think it's an important feature.

I think that short term, I'll implement the --bind-ip option. This has the downside of having to know the right ip... but at least of better that simply not able to and relay in the default routing. I'll release the change on pypi when I add some tests for this feature. Related commit: da5f668
