Cypress run is hung in Jenkins in version 12.9.0 version

Current behavior

We are running quite a number of spec files as part of FVT pipeline and each time different spec file is being hung in each run.

Desired behavior

Cypress run should not hung and should run smoothly

Test code to reproduce

Total spec 200+
After 80th spec few spec started failing

Node version

20

#17627 - as per this link tried most of the work arounds but still the issue persists

@jennifer-shehane yes we tried with 14.0.0 version its still the same
