[Bug] Saving encounter with russian name overwrite other encounters with russian name

I've learned this hard way and quite sad right now tbh.

Encounters with russian name will overwrite each other if they are in the same folder, encounters in the different folders doesn't clamp.

Creatures, Characters works fine.

Browser: Chrome, Firefox

Steps to reproduce: create encounter with the name "Битва", create another with the name "Битвадругая". Only "Битвадругая" will stay.

I'm pretty sure that's somehow connected to common regexp clearing invalid symbols, leaving both names blank.
