At various points throughout the workflow, notification emails will need to be triggered for both internal and external addresses.

Add fields for external and internal email addresses to both Companies and Campaigns
Notification 1: Campaign start message
Notification 2: Campaign end message w/ report link to internal addresses only (for now; this may change later)
