この前のURLSearchParamのPolyfillもまとめたPolyfill読み込む用のJSを作って（polyfills.js的な）、webpackのentryの設定にぶん投げたい

packs/application.jsxの先頭で読み込むのもありだと思います

追伸：appとpacksの役割の違いがわかっていないので誰か教えて欲しいです…Railsの規約だったりしますかね？
