Why?

Lower the threshold for users to report in questions, new information, or other things that they need a decision on to the respective boards or groups.

How?

Using the Confluence REST API, we may search our way to the latest meeting notes, and if it's in the future, we may add another header to the document body, perhaps with additional information.
