Describe the problem you are experiencing
Secrets are generally hard to manage, and CYB has previously been rather bad at storing their secrets.

Describe the solution you'd like
The CI/CD for the Volunteer system should be updated to use Bitwarden's Secrets Manager for storage and deployment of secrets.

Describe alternatives you've considered
It'd be possible to create a centralized repository for passwords. However, access management would be a nightmare.
