When using a custom CA cert to connect to Conjur, the role requires conjur_validate_certs=True or conjur_validate_certs=False. We strongly prefer users validate the certificate as part of the connection.

I propose we default conjur_validate_certs to true to insure the user must explicitly turn off the validation.
