Application currently sends content to Mattermost as a message attachment. Add the ability to specify via configuration whether to send the content as plain text vs via message attachment.

  • Needs setting in config.sample/json
  • Needs ability to read setting in readConfig()
  • Needs code update in send_webhook() to implement text vs attachment
