Idempotency for media uploads #39

Add an argument idempotent to both upload_media and import_media that can take on the following values:

  • None - No idempotency checks
  • md5 - Check idempotency based on MD5
  • name - Check idempotency based on name
  • name/section - Check idempotency based on name and section
