Enhancement: Better account management things

Specifically:

1. An ability to look at your account's profile without needing to open the account management section (that causes TL reload), or have some other reference (eg. in a recent post). I imagine it along the lines of clicking the title of a column would open that column's account's profile. Though a bar along the bottom with all logged in accounts' avatars would probably work well enough.
2. Follower/follow management page, so I can check who I'm following on what accounts en masse, and, say, migrate a stack of them to another.

Now, the shortest way to get my profile of each account is...

1. Choose account what you want
2. Click the icon left to the selector
