ISSUE

We appear to have dead code related to an unused attribute

ACCEPTANCE

  • Remove unused attribute choose_proquest_submission

This is an artifact from an obsolete requirement that Laney Masters students could "optionally" submit their Master's theses to Proquest. This requirement was never implemented and is no longer desired.
