Template apply in documentation hides too much information

In the documentation the template apply section works well for a quick start, but there should be an additional section talking about the requirement of initializeRust and assignRustSignal in an application's start up to actually see the signals have any effects. if you don't apply the template you can easily miss this critical step and waste an hour being thoroughly confused why everything compiles and your signals arn't being sent

I agree. Perhaps we can work on adding the relevant information to the documentation soon. Thank you for the suggestion. :)
