Format feature files using pure java

Currently v1 uses a (very old) cucumber plugin to format the source, we should replace this by a more recent aproach that is configurable.

There is a current approach to bring this in here:

The following report show the problem with current approach:

• Special characters are lost when Pretty-Format the feature file #127
• Autoformatter mixes up line endings #43
• Cursor position changes after autoformat #56
