Loading RNA-seq datasets

Some of the GEO datasets are RNA-seq, and there are more and more of them. To load them into Phantasus there are several options:

• By using data from recount2 project (https://jhubiostatistics.shinyapps.io/recount/ and corresponding R package).
• By using EBI interface (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/fg/rnaseq/api/).
• By using supplementary files with expression (such as here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE66556).

RNA-seq datasets processed by ARCHS4 can be loaded to phantasus since version 0.99.13
