annotate-partitions-with-mouse.py seems to rely on namedb.py containing hardcoded values for the files. This might result in a regression bug if #4 is resolved and the changes I introduced are accepted.

I did not change this file as it is not part of the tutorial. Would like your inputs on how to proceed.
