@stephenway Is this package something that is still maintained?

No one from the CSSTools org seems to have access to the npm package, so this seems fishy to me : https://www.npmjs.com/package/mdcss

Can you clarify what the status is?

Either the package should be archived/deprecated or access should be granted to other maintainers.
