How does this repo relate to js-cs3apis? #6

The js one is generated using protoc.
The node one is geneated using grpc_tools_node_protoc with a protoc-gen-grpc plugin.
We might want to merge them, and also add typings, so that it supports js and ts in node and elsewhere.
