small issue downloading the .net runtime

when the runtime is not found the link to download it points to the .net runtime when it really needs the asp.net core runtime and desktop runtime.
I installed booth then it worked. thanks.

Hello and welcome!

The plan down the road is to eventually have a full fledged installer that will fetch the appropriate package, as well as fixing the old link for the guys who hate installers. We will get there someday!
