Issue with server logs containing numerous errors

If a server with custom addons generates a substantial amount of errors in the server logs, this seems to be causing issues with the service. The service can no longer be stopped with net stop. In addition, the client cannot connect to the service and generates the below error. Attached are also the logs that the service has challenges with.

I have introduced a ConsoleGarbageFilter to catch entries that match a series of StartsWith conditions. For now they are stored and kept from the console and logs. Someday there will be a way to dump entries for debugging purposes, but this should really be done in a different environment anyways. New build should be up shortly!
