error: cannot find input file: `build/linux/bochs-dlx.in' #1

When I attempt to compile this project, I get the following error;

config.status: error: cannot find input file: `build/linux/bochs-dlx.in'
Makefile:78: recipe for target 'bochsnative' failed
make: *** [bochsnative] Error 1

Is there a way I could fix this?
