Method:

Get card names from jcalgtest table and do fultext search on seccerts: https://seccerts.org/cc/ftsearch/
Analyze hits, filter based on common sense and on CPLC. ICType / OperatingSystemID
Create mapping (directly into .csv? Separate file with mappings?)
