请描述目前使用沙拉查词遇到什么不便

在我点发音的时候声音太大了，我需要把声音调小。但我在看b站时又需要把声音调大，不是很方便

理想情况下，沙拉查词应该怎么做

希望沙拉查词能内置音量调节功能，在调小词典发音的同时不会影响其他网站的音量大小
