你好，请教一下师傅们，请问
漏洞提交报告-普通人员403
有遇到关于普通人员漏洞提交模块，漏洞提交报告出现403禁止权限的解决方法吗？我明明用超级账户admin登录修改了角色的权限，也给了他漏洞提交的权限。
