Problem

A lot of new contributors run into issues while setting up Dockers on Windows

Description

This guide will troubleshoot known Dockers issues and those raised in our Slack channels

@Marshalng I like the idea, but I think you need to narrow the focus to one operating system per guide, and indicate that in the title of the guide and the Issue here.

Remember to reference as much as you can. A guide may not be necessary if there's already good documentation available.

sorry for the late response, hard issues with my connection due to the fiber breakdown. The document is good, I just believe it needs to be revised a little bit to make it more beginner-friendly
