Asset snippet with dimensions: causing broken image

This causes a broken image: [[Asset? &asset_id=1 &width=100]]

(it works fine without the &width param)

Which version are you using? We made several updates, but we've been unable to upload the newest version to the MODX site (still have not discovered the error). The newest version is available here: https://github.com/craftsmancoding/assetmanager/tree/master/builds

Can you confirm the version?

Yeah I'm just using the one on the MODX site.
I can get what I want using the scale2w snippet so it's no biggie.
