Credit & Debit card issues

Payments are going through successfully using the 'Pay with Paypal' option, but when I try and make a payment via 'Credit & Debit card' option, the payments are not going through.

I can enter my details and then a popup appears asking for me to login. When I try and login, it just keeps spinning. I can see a couple of console errors when I try and submit the login form:

Blocked autofocusing on a <input> element in a cross-origin subframe.

Haven't had this issue before using this plugin, and saying that I've never seen the login screen prompt when selecting the 'Credit & Debit Card' option. Wondering if this is something that can be disabled in the PayPal account itself?
