This PR includes several updates to the L2 artifacts including:

  • Renaming to better capture the hook variation
  • Updating recommendation 10 logic to create html details table and account for unexpected results
  • Added Module Configuration library for site-specific configuration
  • Added CRMI dependency
  • Updated pilot bundles
  • QA
  • Archiving deprecated L2 artifacts

Still need to address

  • QA warnings - requires an update to the tooling $refresh operation
  • Xylazine inclusion
