Several bugs in the display of a recurring event

On the image I see a lot of different bugs :

• The start hour is different in 3 places (on the event, in the edit modal of the event and in the edit bubble for the hour.
• The edit bubble is not expected (not shown on other events) and it uses AM/PM displays whereas my cozy is in french. The bubble never hides once shown

There could be an explanation for the hour in the modal : the previous date of the recurring event use to be 11 to 12.
