UI of clockface working, but no data being sent to backend

I recently forked the Github and followed the procedures according to the videos but when I attempt to download the data from Cozie, the dataframe comes up empty. I am using the python file as suggested on the website: https://cozie-fitbit.app/docs/download-data. I have also factory reset the Fitbit in accordance with the instructions but I am wondering if there are any other possible reasons for the issue or any further steps I can make to troubleshoot the issue.

What Fitbit model are you using?
Could you send me the experiment IDs and participant IDs (or user IDs) to [email protected]?
