This is a ticket for the broken dev site, for the background see the "Remove composer from theme folder" pull request thread.

If anyone has any suggestions regarding what to try next that would be appreciated, you can skip to the last messages in the pull req thread for the problem.

Pull request #39 solved this, the dev and live sites have been updated.
