v0.52 Documentation

Once the audit is completed and integration is started, we should update the documentation to match v0.52.
Once this issue is closed, we can update cosmos/cosmos-sdk-docs to create the https://docs.cosmos.network/v052 docs.

Tasks to take for the docs focus week:

• Doc changes need to be made in this repo (not cosmos-sdk-docs) and backported to release/v0.52.x
