[Bug] Ultrasound measurements have incorrect value.

Describe the Bug

Some cases give me incorrect value in length measurement tool, compared to the value written on the dicom, and to the third party tools like Radient.

Steps to Reproduce

1- Open Viewer with US case.
2- Use Length tool to measure.
3- Compare the value with the third party tool.

The current behavior

It give me wrong value.

The expected behavior

Must give me the correct value.
