I've been attempting to understand the structure of the input data in the Machsuite repository for the past week. Probably need more time for this. |

It turned out that the input was not the original data but the data after applying a negative logarithm. After realizing this, I adjusted the implementation of the Python version of the Viterbi algorithm. Now, it successfully produces results matching the Machsuite repository's check data. Now I'm working on implementing the Allo version of Viterbi based on the Python version. |
