Summary

Hello,

I'd like to be able to remove an entire col from certain rules.

Basic example

SecAction "id:1001,phase:1,pass,nolog,ctl:ruleRemoveTargetByTag=OWASP_CRS;REQUEST_COOKIES"

Motivation

In our case all of our cookies are encrypted and matching some rules for no reason, I'd like to keep using CRS but remove cookies from scanning entirely.
