Document the commands for hashfs_shell #19

The README is coming along nicely, but there's no documentation of the valid commands and their syntax for hashfs_shell.py. The section in the README is a good place to list them.

Also, if you type an invalid command it just seems to print the current HEAD. As a user, I would expect to get a help message with info on the known commands.
