turboaac shortcut_fe 设置有问题 #239

好久了，编译出来勾选Shortcut-FE 流量分载与否都不能即时生效，需要重启才能生效。
编译最新x86固件，内核6.1.44，OpenWrt R23.7.7 / LuCI Master (git-23.222.37210-5e257b2)
虚拟机运行
另外，不勾选重启，lsmod能看到

shortcut_fe            90112  0
shortcut_fe_ipv6       94208  0

Turbo ACC 网络加速设置界面显示流量分载，正常显示。如果勾选Shortcut-FE 流量分载保存应用，并不能即时生效需重启，重启后lsmod可以看到

shortcut_fe            90112  1 shortcut_fe_cm
shortcut_fe_cm         20480  0
shortcut_fe_ipv6       94208  1 shortcut_fe_cm

但是Turbo ACC 网络加速设置界面运行状态全部是正在加载，无法正常显示
