Installation instructions need updating

After installing globally, I got the error:

internal/modules/cjs/loader.js:895
    throw err;
    ^
Error: Cannot find module '../dist/bin/fix-asset-cross-refs'

After installing locally, ./bin/contentful-fix-asset-cross-refs gave me the error "Unknown command ./bin/contentful-fix-asset-cross-refs". The file in bin is called fix-asset-cross-refs.
What worked for me was:
./bin/fix-asset-cross-refs
