I executed the "Downloader.py" but the command is stuck at 0%

kindly help me resolving this issue

get the following error after waiting for 5 minutes:

Could not connect to the endpoint URL: "https://open-images-dataset.s3.Global.amazonaws.com/train/00ad17d214e32d2b.jpg"
