I think at some point or other we will need an under construction page or under maintenance kind of page. I know we will only be adding required components so if this is done on a per project basis for now it's fine and I'm not sure how it would work and if it could be built into the CWA or if it's something done outside of the CMS. Anyway something to consider perhaps

This would seem to me as more of an infrastructure option.
If we need to start storing data about if we are in maintenance mode then are we storing text files? Is it temporary...
Can we direct to a static page with no dependency on any API..
It could be nice though if such a solution is possible for the end user and website admins if a website needs to be taken down briefly for an update where the API/Front-end contracts will be out of sync as they deploy/spin up at different times.
