[v3] Bug: Component Group with allowed component restrictions allows any data reference

If we add a dynamic position with a data reference to a type of component which the group does not allowed, no errors are raised and it allows for some ability to hack what the developer has specified should be allowed within a group.

API needs updating too see: components-web-app/api-components-bundle#170
