I assume it is /mnt there?
Also it's /usr/lib/syslinux/modules/bios, not just .../syslinux/bios
gptmbr.bin is located in /usr/lib/syslinux/mbr/gptmbr.bin not .../bios
And it should be /dev/sdXY in the guide as if you just dd .bin into /dev/sda (not for example sda3) it'll be dangerous for the host system
I also assume that after preparation&gpt&configuration steps it does nothing in "installation" section as syslinux is already installed. And config section doesn't have any kernel version reference as a variable.
