The solution is simple, you need to add the cstring library to the files that result in the errors.
Add this line:
#include

To the beginning of this file:
[coincar_framework_path]/catkin_ws/src/lanelet2/lanelet2_core/src/LineStringGeometry.cpp

Build the framework again and the issue will be solved
