Retain divider for search bar outside the viewport #514

Feature
If the search bar is active an scrolled out of the view port the divider is also gone.

Expected behavior
We should retain the divider line.

Additional context

Possible ideas:

Callback "if scrolled away"?
Wrapper (no normal widget possible, as this must be a Sliver)
