idea: dynamic NFTs, allow for those with "update URI" authority to have an update metadata

use case: soul bound nfts with dynamic metadata

need: wireframes for dynamic nft, maybe a refresh button.

depending on who can update (may not be owner) based on who logs in, just like list popups only for owner, there should be an update button. There should be a UI that allows person to upload metadata or image, uploads to pinate then updates the contract.
